Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Supplemental Complaint [Doc. No. 12] is DENIED to the extent Plaintiff seeks to file the tendered supplemental complaint. The tendered supplemental complaint [Doc. No. 13] is rejected. Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Minute Order to file an amended complaint that complies with the October 18, 2010 Order Directing Plaintiff to File an Amended Complaint. Plaintiff must include all of his claims for relief and all defendants in the amended complaint.
