The court suggests that Mr. Arellano dismiss this lawsuit and file a new case.
Discussion regarding the Statute of Limitations.
ORDERED: Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint, doc #[17], is
DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The court will allow Plaintiff to file one
last Amended Complaint that identifies the parties he wishes to sue and identifies
factually what those parties did that Plaintiff believes forms the basis for a claim
against them on or before MAY 27, 2011. (The Amended Complaint should be
filed as an attachment to a Motion for Leave to File a Last Amended Complaint.)
In lieu of filing a last Amended Complaint, Plaintiff should file a Motion to
Dismiss This Lawsuit on or before MAY 27, 2011.
