This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Reply [docket no.
98, filed September 12, 2011] (the “Motion”).
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED AS MOOT. The plaintiff was already
ordered to respond to the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [94] on or before September 26, 2011,
per my Order [97] entered August 31, 2011.
