This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Extension of Time [docket no. 61,
filed June 6, 2011] (the “Motion”).
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and defendants shall respond to the
Motion for Preliminary Injunction [22] on or before June 7, 2011.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Order [59] is DENIED AS
MOOT.
