The Court being fully advised hereby ORDERS as follows: The Plaintiff’s Third Claim for Relief (Refusal to Supply Requested Plan Documents under 29 U.S.C. 1132(c)) is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed.
