Codori’s (“Defendants” and, collectively with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”) Stipulated Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice (the “Motion”), and the Court being fully advised in the Motion’s premises, hereby: ORDERS that the Motion is GRANTED.
