The parties appeared this morning for what was set as a scheduling conference. There is
only one remaining defendant, Officer Schackleton, who I am informed was served with process
on approximately September 22, 2011. The parties did not submit a proposed scheduling order.
IT IS ORDERED:
(1)

A supplemental scheduling conference is set for October 13, 2011, at 8:30 a.m.,

in Courtroom 401, 4th floor, Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver,
Colorado; and
(2)

The parties shall prepare and submit a proposed scheduling order on or before

October 7, 2011.
