ORDER of Dismissal and Imposition of Filing Restrictions. ORDERED that Mr. Harris is enjoined from filing any future civil actions in this Court that seek release from prison based on contract law, the law of commercial transactions, or any other th eory of law that is legally frivolous. FURTHER ORDERED that in any future pro se pleadings Mr. Harris submits to this Court the pleadings shall be reviewed by a judicial officer. FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint and action are dismissed with prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions, 14 and 21 , and the "Objection to Minute Order Entered by Magistrate Judge Boyd N. Boland April 15, 2011," 2 , are denied as moot, by Judge Lewis T.
