The matter is before me on the Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion For Dismissal of
Defendants Frontier and Tinman Without Prejudice [#110]1 filed October 4, 2011. After
reviewing the stipulation and the file, I conclude that the motion should be granted and that
plaintiff’s claims against defendants, Frontier Enterprises, Ltd, d/b/a Frontier Structures Inc.,
and Tinman Roofing and Home Improvements, Inc., should be dismissed without prejudice.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion For Dismissal of Defendants Frontier and
Tinman Without Prejudice [#110] filed October 4, 2011, is GRANTED ;
2. That plaintiff’s claims against defendants, Frontier Enterprises, Ltd, d/b/a Frontier
Structures Inc., and Tinman Roofing and Home Improvements, Inc., are DISMISSED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE with the parties to pay their own attorney fees and costs; and
3. That defendants, Frontier Enterprises, Ltd, d/b/a Frontier Structures Inc., and
Tinman Roofing and Home Improvements, Inc., are DROPPED as named parties to this
action, and the case caption is amended accordingly.
