The matter is before the court on defendants/cross-claimants/third-party plaintiffs
Rickie Dean Erickson and Erickson Construction, Inc.’s Motion To Reintstate [sic]
Cross-Claims [#122]2 filed October 28, 2011. The motion is STRICKEN for failure to
