It is ORDERED: A Status Report will due on or before May 22, 2012, or within 5 days after a ruling on the motion to dismiss. If any portion of the case should survive, a Revised Scheduling Order will be submitted by the parties. A Scheduling Order will not be entered by the court at this time. Parties are directed to www.cod.uscourts.gov and shall fully comply with the procedures of the judicial officer assigned to try this case on the merits.
