ORDER. ORDERED that Mr. Broemmel's Motion to Quash Detainer, filed on 4/26/11, is construed liberally as asserting claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to open a separate action pursua nt to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and to direct Mr. Broemmel to cure any deficiencies in the § 2241 action. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall place a copy of Mr. Broemmel's Motion to Quash Detainer in the newly created, separate action, by Judge John L. Kane on 5/2/11. (lyg, )
