Plaintiff’s motion to file an amended Prisoner Complaint (Doc. #13) filed on
August 11, 2011, is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s request for an extension of time to pay the
filing fee (Doc. #15) filed on August 15, 2011, also is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have
twenty (20) days from the date of this minute order to pay the initial partial filing fee
specified in the court’s June 9 order.
