ORDERED that the action in the nature of mandamus, which Plaintiff, Gary DeWiliiams, has titled "Writ of Mandamus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1361, 28 U.S.C. § 1331 Federal Question, and Declaratory Judg ment 28 U.S.C. § 2201" is dismissed as legally frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full amount of the required filing fee assessed and owed in this action, if such fee is not yet paid in full, by Judge Lewis T.
