I held a hearing on the motions this afternoon and made rulings on the record, which are incorporated here. IT IS ORDERED: (1) The Motion to Compel [Doc. # 74] is DENIED; and (2) The Motion for Extension [Doc. # 78] is GRANTED, and the case schedule is modified to the following extent: Discovery Cut-Off (parties): May 1, 2012 Discovery Cut-Off (experts and non-parties): June 1, 2012 (All discovery must be completed by the discovery cut-off.
