the record, I conclude that the motion should be granted.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion To Re-Open Case Pursuant To Local Rule
41.2 [#12] filed September 20, 2012, is GRANTED;
2. That under D.C.COLO.LCivR 41.2, the clerk is DIRECTED to reopen this civil action;
and
3. That the Stipulation For Payment Or Judgment [#12-1] is accepted for filing.
