IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion for Plaintiff’s Leave to File
First Amended Complaint to Assert Claims that Defendant Failed to Make Reasonable and
Prudent Efforts to Determine the Ability of the Plaintiff to Engage Safely in the Equestrian
Activity [17] is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the First Amended
Complaint and Jury Demand, which is attached as Exhibit B, for filing.
