ORDER to Dismiss in Part and to Draw Case to A District Judge and to a Magistrate Judge. All claims other than the excessive force claim against Matthew Patella are dismissed without prejudice for the reasons discussed in this order. Defendants Brandon Booth and Kenneth R.
