This matter is before the court on “Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant Rock Creek
Laser and Esthetics Institute and Entry of Appearance of New Counsel” (#131, filed May 1,
2012). Being otherwise fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion (#131) is
GRANTED. Attorney Donald E. Mielke is relieved of any further representation of Defendant

in the above-captioned matter. The Clerk of Court is instructed to remove Mr. Mielke from the
electronic certificate of mailing.
