Coleman; Gregory A. Frost; James P. Goff; and R. Gibson Smith, and against Plaintiff, Charles D. Swanson, derivatively on behalf of Janus Capital Group Inc., on Nominal Defendant’s motion to dismiss and Defendants’ motion to dismiss.
