Granting Plaintiff’s Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the Duty to Defend,
Denying Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment, and Denying Plaintiff’s Motion to
Certify Question of Law ( Doc. # 60) is hereby WITHDRAWN.
