PROPOSED BRIEFING SCHEDULE
The parties respectfully request the following briefing schedule. Plaintiff’s attorney has
several deadlines including hearings and a Tenth Circuit appellate brief, which would
greatly hinder his ability to prepare the opening brief within 40 days of the filing of this
Joint Case Management Plan.
A. Plaintiff’s opening brief due: January 30, 2012

B. Defendant’s response brief due: February 29, 2012
C. Plaintiff’s reply brief (if any) due: March 15, 2012
