fully advised hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Third-Party Defendant,
Citimortgage is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each party shall pay its or her
own attorney’s fees and costs.
