ORDER. ORDERED that this case is REMANDED to the Plan Administrator for further factfinding on Plaintiffs disability opinion in accordance with this Order. This case shall be TERMINATED, but may be reopened upon motion if either party wishes to ob tain court review of the Plan's determination on remand. ORDERED that Plaintiff shall be awarded reasonable attorney fees in connection with her previous action, Civil Action No. 06-cv-01343, in an amount to be determined by the Court after f urther briefing. ORDERED that Plaintiff shall submit documentation in support of the attorney fees she requests within thirty days. Defendant shall file a response within twenty days of service of Plaintiff's documentation. Plaintiff may file a reply within fifteen days of service of the response by Judge Wiley Y.
