P. 26(a)(2) on or before November 19, 2012; Discovery Cut-Off: Dispositive Motion Deadline: December 14, 2012; January 14, 2013. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Pretrial Conference set for January 17, 2013, is vacated and reset to March 28, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom A-401, Fourth Floor, Alfred A.
