FURTHER ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of
Defendant, Michael J. Astrue and against Plaintiff, Leo S. Gomez. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff’s Complaint and this civil action are
DISMISSED with prejudice.
