FINAL JUDGMENT
In accordance with orders filed during the pendency of this case, and pursuant to Fed. R.
Civ. P 58(a), the following Final Judgment is hereby entered.
Pursuant to the Opinion and Order filed on March 21, 2013, adopting the
Recommendation issued by the Magistrate Judge (Doc. #62) to Grant defendant Lapp’s Motion
to Dismiss (Doc. #40), it is
ORDERED that the Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Hegarty (Doc. #62) is
ADOPTED. United’s Amended Complaint (Doc. #34) is DISMISSED for lack of subject
matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §1332, and the case is closed. It is further
ORDERED that plaintiff is AWARDED its costs, to be taxed by the Clerk of the
Court pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(1) and D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1.
