IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO Civil Action No. 12-cv-00609-BNB JILL COIT, Plaintiff, v. ARISTEDES ZAVARAZ [sic], Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections, JAMES WELTON, Director of C.I.D., LARRY REID, L.V.C.F., ROBERT CANTWELL, Director of Prison, LLOYD WAIDE, L.V.C.F., MICHAEL DOUSSARD, L.V.C.F., (Spelling), C.I.D. DENNIS HOUGHNON, Pueblo, C.I.D. Colin Carson, D.W.C.F., JOHN MARTIN, JANE/JOHN DOE-DOE, #1&2 (Who Took Legal Supreme Court Mail), D.W.C.F., JOAN SHOEMAKER, DR. P. FRANTZ, JANE/JOHN DOE-DOE, #3 (Who Took 2 Cub Feet Legal Box), D.W.C.F., Defendants. ORDER DRAWING CASE After review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1C, the court has determined that this case does not appear to be appropriate for summary dismissal. Therefore, the case will be drawn to a district judge and to a magistrate judge. See D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1D. In addition, the motion (ECF No. 21) titled “Motion to Correct Typing Error and Omissions” filed on July 13, 2012, will be denied. The motion is confusing because Plaintiff fails to list the full sentences to be corrected and fails to make clear whether the page numbers she refers to correspond to her page numbering on the amended complaint filed on July 9, 2012, or the page numbering on the Court’s case management/electronic case filing system (CM/ECF). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this case shall be drawn to a district judge and to a magistrate judge. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the motion (ECF No. 21) titled “Motion to Correct Typing Error and Omissions” filed on July 13, 2012, is denied. DATED July 25, 2012, at Denver, Colorado. BY THE COURT: s/ Boyd N. Boland United States Magistrate Judge 2
