and being fully advised hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Parties’ Joint Stipulated Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. The abovecaptioned matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each party shall pay her or its
own attorney’s fees and costs.
