In accordance with the orders filed during the pendency of this case, and
pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(a), the following Final Judgment is hereby entered.
Pursuant to the OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION [55] of Chief Judge
Marcia S. Krieger entered on October 15, 2013 it is
ORDERED that the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
ยง 2241 [1] filed 04/04/12, is denied; it is further
ORDERED that this action is dismissed with prejudice, and the case is closed.
