MINUTE ORDER
Entered by Michael E. Hegarty, United States Magistrate Judge, on January 23, 2013.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ “Unopposed” Emergency Motion for Appointment of Counsel
Pursuant [to] 42 U.S.C. § 3613(b)(1)(2) and Stay of All Proceedings [filed January 22, 2013; docket
#182]. The motion appears to be brought on behalf of all Plaintiffs.1 However, only 17 of the 34
named Plaintiffs signed the motion and, in contravention of this Court’s January 3, 2013 order, other
persons who are not properly named Plaintiffs signed the motion. Therefore, for failure to comply
with the January 3, 2013 order, the motion is denied without prejudice.
1
The motion is brought by “Alfonso A. Carillo, et al.” and the motion refers to “Plaintiffs”
as the movants.
