ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES Plaintiff, Imam-Muhammad Abdullah, is in the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons and currently is incarcerated at ADX in Florence, Colorado. He has submitted a Letter and a pleading titled, “Temporary Restraining Order.” As part of the Court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.2, the Court has determined that the submitted documents are deficient as described in this Order. Although Plaintiff indicates in the Letter that he does not want to submit his claims on a Court-approved form, to proceed with this action, Plaintiff is required use a Courtapproved form for his claims and either pay the $350.00 filing fee or in the alternative submit a Prisoner’s Motion and Affidavit to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Plaintiff will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue his claims. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this Order must include the civil action number on this Order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff desires to proceed with this action he shall obtain the Court-approved form used in filing a prisoner complaint and a prisoner’s 28 U.S.C. § 1915 motion and affidavit, (with the assistance of his case manager or the 2 facility’s legal assistant), along with the applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty days from the date of this Order the action will be dismissed without further notice.
