Defendant shall have up to and including NOVEMBER 21, 2012 within
which to file an Answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.
In light of the acceptance for filing of the Amended Complaint for Injunctive Relief, defendant
makes an oral motion to withdraw its Partial Motion to Dismiss. With no objections,
