ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CURE DEFICIENCIES Applicant, Jeremy Pinson, is a federal prisoner housed in the State of Colorado. Mr. Pinson has submitted an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. As part of the Court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.2, the Court has determined that the submitted documents are deficient as described in this Order. Mr. Pinson will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue his claims. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Pinson shall obtain the Court-approved form used in filing a 28 U.S.C. § 1915 Motion, if necessary, (with the assistance of his case manager or the facility’s legal assistant), along with the applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov. It is 2 FURTHER ORDERED that, if Mr. Pinson fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty days from the date of this Order, the action will be dismissed without further notice.
