Attached to this Minute Order are the Jury Instructions containing my revisions. They
include my rulings on the objections contained in the parties’ proposed instructions (Doc. 194)
and Defendant’s additional submissions (Docs. 206 & 212). I have fully rewritten the substantive
instructions with the goal of making them less repetitive and easier for the jury to understand. At
the Final Trial Preparation Conference on July 26, 2017, I will address any further revisions or
modifications to the Instructions, and counsel will be afforded an opportunity to argue their
positions and make their record on objections.
