Record (the “Motion”). [#338, filed November 3, 2015].
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. David A. DeMarco is granted leave to
withdraw from the representation of Defendant Rocky Mountain Hospital and Medical Service,
Inc. d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Colorado and is to be removed from the
electronic service.
