In accordance with the orders filed during the pendency of this case, and pursuant
to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(a), the following Final Judgment is hereby entered.
Pursuant to the Order Affirming April 29, 2013 Recommendation of United States
Magistrate Judge of Judge Christine M. Arguello entered on June 4, 2014 it is
ORDERED that Plaintiff JESUS O. HALL recovers nothing, the action is dismissed
without prejudice on the merits.
