This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File a Sureply
[sic] to the Denver Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss [#165] (the “Motion”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#165] is DENIED. Plaintiffs failed to
timely file a Response to the Denver Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [#123]. The Response
[#145] was stricken, and a Surreply will not be permitted to address the issues that should
have been raised in a timely-filed response.
