The Stipulated Motion to Modify Scheduling Order [filed February 13, 2014; docket #52]
is granted. Paragraph 9 of the Scheduling Order in this case shall be modified as follows:
Discovery Cut-Off: April 22, 2014
Dispositive Motions Deadline: June 10, 2014
Expert Witness Designations:
Defendants shall designate all experts and provide opposing counsel with all
information specified in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) on or before February 28, 2014.
The parties shall designate all rebuttal experts and provide opposing counsel with all
information specified in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) on or before March 31, 2014.
All other deadlines and conference dates will remain the same.
