P. 26(a)(2) on or before May 15, 2014; Discovery Cut-off: Dispositive Motion Deadline: April 30, 2014; May 30, 2014. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Pretrial Conference set for December 19, 2013, is vacated and reset to August 5, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom A-401, Fourth Floor, Alfred A.
