ORDERED that this action is dismissed in its entirety. All claims by PlaintiffMaria-Luisa
Pesquira Lopez, a/k/a Mary Lou Lopez (“Lopez”) against Defendant Hilltop Health Services
Corporation (“Hilltop”) are dismissed, with prejudice. All counterclaims byHilltop against Lopez
