IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#89] is GRANTED. Accordingly,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter FINAL
JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $1,514,30.00.
