This matter before the Court on the parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss All Claims
Against All Defendants With Prejudice (ECF No. 89). Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court:
GRANTS the Stipulated Motion to Dismiss All Claims against All Defendants
with Prejudice (ECF No. 89);
DISMISSES with prejudice Plaintiff’s Complaint (ECF No. 1);
ORDERS that each party is to bear his, her, or its own attorney’s fees and costs;
DENIES as MOOT Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 68);
DIRECTS the Clerk of the Court to CLOSE this matter.
