Wherefore, it is
ORDERED that the Stipulated Motion Requesting Early Neutral Evaluation
[Docket No. 19] is granted. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Watanabe is authorized to
conduct an early neutral evaluation in this case. The parties shall contact Magistrate
