This matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion to Vacate Pre-Trial
Conference [#34]1 (the “Motion”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#34] is GRANTED. Accordingly,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference set for June 2, 2014,
at 10:30 a.m. is VACATED. The Court will reset the Final Pretrial Conference, if
necessary, after the stay imposed in this case is lifted. See Order [#23] at 3.
