Remedy Coordinator, P. RANGEL, ADX Unit Manager, D. FOSTER, ADX Counselor, A. FENLON, ADX Case Manager, are AWARDED their costs, to be taxed by the Clerk of the Court pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
