The matter is before me on the Stipulation of Dismissal of Plaintiff Aric B.
Fowler, Pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P.41(a)(1)(A)(ii) [#136]1 filed January 24,2 014. After
reviewing the stipulation and the record, I conclude that the stipulation should be
approved and that the claims of plaintiff, Aric B. Fowler, against the defendants should
be dismissed without prejudice.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Stipulation of Dismissal of Plaintiff Aric B. Fowler, Pursuant to
FED. R. CIV. P.41(a)(1)(A)(ii) [#136] filed January 24, 2014, is APPROVED;
2. That the claims of plaintiff, Aric B. Fowler, against the defendants are
DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and
3. That plaintiff, Aric B. Fowler, is DROPPED as a named party to this action,
and the case caption is amended accordingly.
