entered by the Honorable William J. MartÃnez, United States District Judge, on February
7, 2014,
IT IS ORDERED that the Petition (ECF No. 1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Respondent Campos de Salazar, and
against Diaz Quezada.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case is closed. Each party shall bear his or
her own costs.
