The Court, having considered Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Discount Mountain, Inc.’s
unopposed Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Third-Party Complaint, hereby GRANTS
the motion and directs Discount Mountain to file its amended complaint within three days.
