ORDER APPROVING STIPLUATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE The Court, having reviewed the parties’ Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice, hereby approves the Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice and dismisses this action with prejudice.
